It's already 2nd of November. Challenge for day 6 was done on Nov. 1st but missed to update to my blog. On a day 2 and 3, I felt so good on doing push-up. My arms strong enough to do daily target. I don't like YouTube's video recommendation. Algorithm behind it is not quiet useful or meaningful. But rarely, very rarely, it helps me a little bit. While I tried to make asleep last night, I found a recommended video on YouTube. It's about guy who tried 30 days of push up to make him better shape. 날씨가 더워지면서 기계문명의 도움을 받고 싶은 욕망이 커집니다. 조금만 걸어도 몸에 땀이 흐르니 에어컨 빵빵한 곳을 찾게 되고, 걸어다니기 보다는 지하철이나 자동차를 타고 싶은 생각이 간절합니다. 하지만 이럴 때일수록 몸에서 육수 쫙쫙 빠지도록 열심히 걸어 다니는 것이 필요합니다! 물론 너무 더운 날씨에 햇볕을 오래 쬐는 것은 건강에 해가 되겠지만 충분한 영양, 수분 공급을 받은 상태에서 적당한 거리를 매일 걸어주는 것은 일상속에서 할 수 있는 최고의 기본 운동이라고 생각됩니다! 월드컵이 개막했지만 다행히도(?) 시차로 인해 밤에 다량의 맥주와 치킨을 먹고 뒤룩뒤룩 살이찌는 위험은 회피했습니다. 하지만 아침 이른 시간에 기상하면서 출출한 배를 채우기 위해 이것저것 먹다보면 맥주 + 치킨 이상의 칼로리 섭..
