I don't like YouTube's video recommendation. Algorithm behind it is not quiet useful or meaningful. But rarely, very rarely, it helps me a little bit. While I tried to make asleep last night, I found a recommended video on YouTube. It's about guy who tried 30 days of push up to make him better shape.
Yes, there are bunch of videos that shows something like this. Most of them are not impressive. But the video I saw yesterday was make me to do push up. The guy in the video made better shape comparing day 1 and day 30. One important thing here is there's no muscles like health-holic. He got some little muscles and he looks comfortable on the day 30th.
I decided to try to follow him. I'm feeling lose strenth as I'm getting old :-(. If I could do this for a month continuously, I may feel happy, right? Here's day 1 video of my push up challenge. Cross your fingers to me to finish this!
