Push-up challenge <day 2>, arms feel better than day 1..!Daily NoPD/NoPD's Thoughts 2020. 10. 26. 23:04728x90
Do you know that there are two expressions that calls my exercise? One is, as used in blog subject, `push-up`. Many of Koreans are using this expression, right? Not sure why my teachers wanted me and my classmate to do this for several times in my school days as a penalty for something. But it obviously continued till I finished my military service, and it finished finally.
Another one is `press up`. This expression looks generally used UK related contries. I might saw this expression while my kids were doing `Shape Up` Xbox one Kinect game. You know, this game is very useful to burn their energy up to have kids deep sleep. Caveat is too noise to do in apartment.
Today, I did 50 times of push-up a.k.a press-up. Still posture is not good. But it looks better than day 1. My arms feel strong though it was only day 2. Trainers are saying that try to exercise everyday even you tired. I'm not totally agree with them, but it's clear that doing something everyday will help us to have some ability.
