It's already 2nd of November. Challenge for day 6 was done on Nov. 1st but missed to update to my blog. On a day 2 and 3, I felt so good on doing push-up. My arms strong enough to do daily target. Yes, it doesn't mean physicaly strong enough. While I'm doing my daily push-up, I felt so, literally. Apparently having a glass of wine or beer for meal make me lazy. Kids are always try to do same thing with their parents. So do my son. Due to my wife's schedule, I've worked from home this morning and my son stayed home due to it's not his day for school. (He took a lecture online) While he was listening lectures on e-학습터, I've tried push-up with my camera on. He saw my posture and wanted to do same thing with me. Suprisingly, he did push-up well than me...!..
